Federal food safety regulators are sounding the alarm on frozen dinosaur-shaped chicken nuggets sold at Walmart, urging consumers to return or toss the products due to elevated lead levels.

While a recall has not been requested for the product because it is no longer available for purchase, U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service have issued the health alert for 29-oz. plastic bags of “Great Value Fully Cooked Dino Shaped Chicken Breast Nuggets” on April 1.
