I can do “whatever I want” with Bitcoin? I can’t buy food, clothing or pay my mortgage with it. I can’t pay my taxes with it.
I can’t use it to invest into Microstrategy (not that I want to). Brokerages don’t take bitcoin.
If I want to protect my purchasing power, I am “forced to invest”. And his point is? I invest in US Savings Bonds, CDs and a mutual fund.
US Dollars are not meant to be hoarded. They are to be used to facilitate exchanges for goods or services.
Starting a company will not be made easier because one has bitcoin.
