Russian forces under Putin’s orders slammed missiles and drones into Ukraine’s power grid, seriously wrecking a key thermal plant near Kyiv and knocking out electricity for at least half the capital’s three million folks, plus seven major plants across central regions, all timed to cripple the country right as freezing winter bites down.
