At least 4 dead and 1,300 evacuated after heavy rain in South Korea

Two days of heavy rain in South Korea has killed up to four people and forced over 1,300 others to evacuate, officials said Thursday. The dead include a person whose car was buried by heaps of soil and concrete after the retaining wall of an overpass collapsed during heavy rain on Wednesday in Osan, just south of Seoul, the Interior and Safety Ministry said.
