A collision between a delivery robot and a man using a mobility scooter in West Hollywood received more than 26 million views.
Mark Chaney, who has cerebral palsy, says the Serve Robotics device repeatedly blocked his path.
The viral encounter prompted calls for company accountability and hateful attacks against Chaney.
