He almost killed an old man and gets PROBATION? Our justice system is a joke.

A judge in a recent case is getting slammed hard for letting a 19-year-old walk free on probation after he shoved a grandpa from behind, cracking his skull and killing him. The guy said he was having a bad day and people are furious calling it soft on crime with race angle accusations flying too.

People are pretty angry about this one. A 78 year old man was badly assaulted, left with permanent injuries, and the person responsible ended up with probation and community service.

A lot of people just don’t understand how that adds up. The victim is still dealing with daily physical problems while the sentence looks almost minor in comparison.

Courts will point to things like no prior record or remorse, but for the family it doesn’t really change anything. They’re still the ones dealing with what happened.

That’s why the reaction online is so strong. People feel like this kind of sentence just doesn’t reflect the harm that was done.

“The justice system cares more about the attacker’s future than my father’s stolen quality of life.”
