I find this hard to fathom. What can be the cause when there is so much education on how not to get pregnant.

There were 61 million people who died in 2023. Not by abortion.
More people died from abortion than any other cause of death.
73 million Vs 61 million other deaths.
You would think that with all the health care available would be possible to find a better way to avoid getting pregnant.
Also abortion puts the mother at risk of various illnesses and trauma. Also possible death.
