California governor Gavin Newsom called in to The Jimmy Dore Show for the first time to reassure the host that his administration is definitely doing something to help deal with the issue of “persistent camping,” by which he means homelessness. But lest anyone think California is going soft, Newsom also reminded Jimmy that he is planning to crack down on undocumented immigrants receiving health care on the state’s taxpayers’ dime.
