Two different federal courts, including a federal appellate court (which is one level below the United States Supreme Court) have issued injunctions against these racial exclusions in relief programs for restaurant owners. Now, a third federal court has issued a temporary restraining order against Biden’s racially exclusionary farm and ranch relief program.
The court also said that they weren’t even giving the relief funds to those who needed them; successful restaurants, farms, and ranches were just given the funds solely because of their race while whites that needed the relief funds were excluded.
