Wow, talk about a plot twist! Amazon had us all fooled with their “Just Walk Out” tech, but turns out it’s just a bunch of people in India playing Big Brother while you shop. Next thing you know, they’ll tell us Alexa’s been powered by a bunch of hamsters on wheels!
This is a good reminder that many things that appear automated still have a human component to them.
Full automation of many tasks is still further away than many expect.
Even with AI, humans are still needed.
