Victor doesn’t think that the Fed and DC will allow deflation (if at all) for more than a few months without more rules changes, goalposts moving, bailouts, QE or Fed rate cuts to try to inflate asset prices.

Victor talks about how this recent bear market in bonds was the largest in American history by a wide margin especially for hedge funds or bank portfolio managers who used leverage on their bond trades.
