Ukrainian drone strikes on refineries have stopped 17% of Russia's oil refining capacity.
This equates to about 1.1 million barrels daily, which were used to produce gasoline & diesel fuel.
This forces Russia to increase crude oil exports.

Ukraine has ramped up drone strikes on Russian oil refineries and export infrastructure, hitting a critical sector of dictator Vladimir Putin’s economy, Reuters reported on Aug. 25.
The attacks aim to demonstrate Kyiv’s ability to respond to Moscow’s aggression even as the United States attempts to mediate peace talks.
Targeting Russia’s oil refining industry has disrupted production and exports, triggered gasoline shortages in some regions, and served as retaliation for Russia’s offensive operations on the front line and its strikes on Ukraine’s gas and power infrastructure. According to Reuters estimates, attacks on 10 refineries have knocked out at least 17% of Russia’s refining capacity, or 1.1 million barrels of crude per day.
