Trafficked children are held in top secret compounds that resemble concentration camps run by suspicious charities and companies with ties to the NSA and CIA – receiving hundreds of millions in federal funding
MCALLEN, TEXAS — Thousands of foreign children are trafficked into the United States every month as the crisis at the southern border intensifies. Many are drugged and detained at top-secret compounds before being delivered into the hands of human traffickers by government contractors.
KIDNAPPED, SOLD AND FUNNELED
The process begins far from the U.S. border, in remote regions of Central and South America, where children are lured to the United States by advertisements promising a better life in America. Some are sold to human traffickers by their own families, and some are kidnapped off the streets in their countries.
According to a 2016 congressional report, children are being funneled into the U.S. interior by human trafficking rings.
“The United States is a source, transit, and destination country for men, women, transgender individuals, and children – both U.S. citizens and foreign nationals – subjected to sex trafficking and forced labor,” the report states.
Last month, the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General admitted that “DHS may unknowingly release migrants, including children, to potentially unsafe conditions or smuggling operations.”
But it was Florida’s Statewide Grand Jury Report released in March that found the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) is “facilitating the forced migration, sale, and abuse of foreign children.”
Surprisingly, the ORR was created under the Department of Health and Human Services in 1980 with the mission to support refugees seeking safe haven in the U.S. – including victims of human trafficking and unaccompanied alien children.
“The process exposes children to horrifying health conditions, constant criminal threat, labor and sex trafficking,” the report stated.
TAGGED LIKE CATTLE
Before crossing the border, the cartels mark children like cattle. Tagged with wristbands to indicate they are clear to enter the United States, the children are used as pawns and often passed off to single adults in order to enter the U.S. disguised as a family unit.
In February 2019, Belkin Idania Martinez-Parada, a Honduran mother of four, agreed to a scheme to rent three of her four children – ages six months to 12 years – to three different Honduran men so they could pass through the Texas border as families.
While waiting for a sponsor, children are held in top-secret compounds, according to investigative journalist Anthony Rubin of Muckraker.
Rubin has mapped and photographed these compounds, which are highly secure and resemble prisons or concentration camps with double fencing and guard towers.

GOVERNMENT COMPLICITY
Many of the sponsors are illegal aliens themselves. Once ORR identifies a sponsor, the children are escorted by government contractors and NGOs from holding facilities to the sponsor in the United States.
Muckraker’s research shows that the contractors used by the government are Southwest Key and MVM – a private security contractor founded by three former Secret Service agents. After 9/11, MVM was contracted by the NSA and CIA to provide armed security in Iraq.
MVM was granted $369.5 Million in 2021 to provide staffing and resources necessary to arrange travel and escort for unaccompanied alien children in ORR custody.
“A hot spot for the escorting operations of MVM and Southwest Key is at McAllen International Airport. Every morning, white vans drop off masked children with masked agents who escort them through the airport, onto a plane, and into the hands of their sponsor. This is what that process looks like,” Muckraker writes.
85,000 UNACCOUNTED FOR
In Texas, escorts brought 44 children to one residential address. A Bonita Springs, Florida, sponsor had multiple children sent to numerous addresses because he applied as a sponsor using different versions of his hyphenated surname. More than one hundred children were released to a sponsor at a single-family home in Austin, Texas.
Thirty days after delivery to a sponsor, ORR performs a wellness check by phone to verbally confirm the child’s wellbeing. Since 2021, 85,000 of these calls have gone unanswered.
