Touching moment for grandma from Secret Santa.

Sharing is Caring!

A local Secret Santa is giving $1 million to deserving people in eastern Idaho this holiday season and the East Idaho News elves are helping out.

Every day from now until the end of the year, we’ll be posting a Secret Santa surprise, and today we are delivering a special gift to a woman named Sue.

Sue is a widow who lives in very humble circumstances. Sue is super self-reliant and spunky. Every year, she dresses up as a leprechaun and visits hospitals and rest homes to give out candy and some cheer.

She loves Coca-Cola and decorated her kitchen with that theme. Sue has tons of energy and positivity. Whenever someone needs help moving, Sue is there. She makes bread and gives it away to her neighbors.

Right now Sue is terribly worried about a younger sister in her 70s who has cancer and lives in Arizona. Sue would love to go visit this sister before she passes. They talk on the phone and text but Sue would like to see her in person.
