Rep. Thomas Massie announced he was unable to stop Section 219 from being included in the NDAA House vote.
The provision establishes the United States-Israel Defense Technology Cooperation Initiative.
It forces greater integration of U.S. military technology supply chains and intelligence with Israel.
Massie and Rep. Ro Khanna pushed an amendment to strip the section but the Rules Committee rejected it.
Massie stated he will vote no on the bill because of this unprecedented escalation of foreign involvement.
The NDAA is scheduled for a House vote and critics argue it compromises American sovereignty without proper oversight.
