Story that has gone under the radar about a CIA agent who, while deployed abroad, was systematically drugging and raping unconscious women.
Sometimes stories like this are fakes, i.e. women get wasted and sleep with someone then regret it.
But in this case, this sick weirdo filmed all of his criminal acts.
