For those suggesting it cant be determined where this is you simply look at the yellow recycling bin. It is a match for Ukraine , simply google “yellow recycling bin ukraine” and you will get an image which is identical down to the Ukrainian lettering.

Second is the military personnel.  Simply google “Ukraine conscription squad” and you will find many articles from western media detailing how these squads operate along with images if personnel in the same fatigues.

I only posted this because I see people questioning if this video is from Ukraine or not and some very simple sleuthing shows that it is. Additionally I know that all fit men under 25 can be conscripted and are considered draft dodgers by the Ukraine military which is why they snatched this guy up like this.

Additionally for the people questioning the video panning this is how modern security camera systems operate. The camera filming stays stationary and doesn’t pan at all. The zooming and panning you see is from the security software that allows you to zoom in and focus on recorded video. Youtube info on modern camera systems and you will see how it works.
