Anyone else seeing a massive spike in apartment availability? (My area Raleigh, 10700+ units available)
If I add in Cary and Durham into the search there’s 19,000+ units for rent in the region. I can’t recall seeing the rental market this flooded before. I’m curious about other cities h/t IDontKnow_JackSchitt
