Steelworker refuse Trudeau handshake . Rips him a new one. I’m paying 40% and don’t have a doctor

A Canadian steelworker has gone viral after he confronted Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and told him exactly what he thinks of him.

Video footage obtained by CTV News captured the awkward moment Trudeau unsuccessfully attempted to win over the Algoma steelworker during a contentious exchange in Sault Ste. Marie on Friday.

‘The 25 percent tariffs we just brought in is going to help you out … that’s going to keep your job,’ said Trudeau. ‘I’m going to invest in you and your job.’

‘What about the 40 percent taxes I am paying and I don’t have a doctor,’ the steelworker said, explaining that he pays for his own dental insurance as well.

The worker was seen on camera refusing to shake the Prime Minster’s hand before giving him a piece of his mind.
