Typhoon Bebinca has indeed had a significant impact on Shanghai. The city experienced its strongest typhoon in over 70 years, with winds reaching up to 151 km/h (94 mph) at the storm’s center. Over 400,000 residents were evacuated, and there were widespread disruptions to transportation, including the cancellation of flights, trains, and highways.
