There is a new risk for residence of senior living communities, especially in properties where you don’t own the land that the property sits on. This is a common problem. We see with other types of real estate like co-op buildings as well as mobile home parks. The problem with these types of real estate is that the land can either be sold and you can be evicted or the rent for that land can go up substantially with practically no notice.
