What KELLY and others forget is that any SENATOR or REPRESENTATIVE SPEAKING OUT, OUTSIDE OF THE FLOOR OF THE SENATE OR THE HOUSE IS NOT protected from judgement for their big frigging mouths as they would be had they been in the House or the Senate when making said speeches.
