Sellers are rage quitting the housing market.
Nearly 6% of all listings were pulled off the market in April – the highest rate since March 2020.
Sellers aren’t getting their price.
So they’re giving up.

I’m hearing reports that there are over 200,000 homes sitting empty in Texas.
Especially in the Dallas area
Banks aren’t foreclosing because there are no buyers and I’m sure they worry about their own solvency.
