Update: Russia will conduct a nationwide nuclear drill, including training civilians, on October 3, 2023!! Russia has prepared bunkers and shelters across Russia for civilians!

The US has never conducted training for civilians and has NO shelters or bunkers for civilians in case of nuclear war.

The US government has bunkers and training for government officials and the military, the only groups the U.S. plans to save during war time!
