Latest 24-hour count: 19 vessels (10 tankers, 9 dry cargo).
Down from 24 yesterday and 67% below June 24 peak of 57.
Recovery that started in late June has flattened for four straight readings.
Tankers now make up slim majority of flow but on much lower total volume.
Data comes from AIS tracking updated every 30 minutes.
Hormuz remains disrupted with no real return to normal traffic.
Low tanker numbers especially matter for oil and energy markets.
Any flare-up in the region could push crossings even lower and spike energy prices.
