New York City is desperate for more shelter space, so they’re letting a scandal plagued “non-profit” open an abandoned prison style corporate park as a shelter for asylum seekers. The corporate park has been closed for a few years and is in an industrial district, but the company operating it has a checkered history of not exactly doing their best work for the millions of dollars the city pays them…
