Zelensky claims U.S. and Ukraine are working on 10 year military funding agreement.

- Agreement to cover armed support, financial aid, political cooperation, and joint arms production over the next decade.
- UK Prime Minister Sunak pledges additional £500 million in foreign aid to Ukraine.
This will never pass congress, but Zelensky can dream.
