Mysterious “Lab” Pops Up in Rural Vermont

So out of the blue, a “lab” pops up in the middle of nowhere Vermont.

All the local residents get an Amazon package with a can of garbanzo beans and a small gift receipt note inviting them to an open house on Oct 7th.

This “lab” is a residential house/vacation rental.

Their websites are vague and have an unidentifiable language at the bottom.
