Member of the British Transport Police lets his power go to his head & starts threatened the Public with his Police issued Pepper Spray.

Why would people be expected to respond to instructions from these men in plain clothing. It is not at all clear they have any authority whatsoever and their behaviour is confusing and, in the case of Pepper Spray Man, unnecessarily aggressive. British Transport Police – IF…
