JD Vance claimed that Vice President Kamala Harris has granted “mass amnesty” to millions of undocumented migrants in the United States.
During a campaign rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday, the Ohio senator attack Harris by claiming the media is covering up for her by nost reporting on how she has granted mass amnesty to “millions” of undocumented migrants.
It is not possible for Harris in her position as vice president to legally grant mass amnesty to migrants. Since she started running for the oval office, Donald Trump and his allies have tried to pin the blame on Harris for the increase in migrants at the southern border by labelling her as Joe Biden’s “border czar.”
The Vice President doesn't get to grant amnesty. You should know that Vance, since you want the job.
Haitian nationals were first eligible for TPS in 2010. That eligibility continued throughout Trump's presidency.
