It Begins! Businesses Set ‘Buy Limit’ of 1 Oz Per Customer, Silver & Gold Set New All Time Records

A quick look at what James Turk Says is Happening with Silver and Gold:

This chart supports that price projection. It reveals similar patterns of investor behaviour. What’s happening now apes 46-yrs ago. #SilverApes The magnitudes are different, but the pattern is the same: launch, consolidate, & moonshot.
1971 launch from $1.30, consolidate 4yrs 1974-78 ($4/oz to $6, 150% range) & then a 12x price moonshot ($48/$4).
2001 launch from $4, consolidate 14yrs 2011-25 ($13/oz to $48, 370% range) & now in a moonshot that so far is not even 2X ($84/$48).
Higher prices are likely & the bigger base this time implies even greater potential upside than the 1979-80 moonshot. But just repeating 12X * $48 breakout point is $576/oz, which coincidentally nearly matches my mathematical #FairValue calculation of silver.
Maths & charts reach the same conclusion: silver is undervalued & well below its Fair Value. So it makes sense to continue accumulating physical silver by dollar-cost averaging.
A reality check with key questions. Will the silver moonshot now underway replicate 1979/80? End soon? Or do something else? Time will tell whether Fair Value is reached, silver falls short, or perhaps even exceeds it in a spec frenzy like the 1980 #SilverSqueeze when silver traded $48 even though its Fair Value back then was only $19/oz. That $19 compares to $567-to-$576 now, which shows how much #PurchasingPower the #dollar has lost since 1980.”

Now add in the fact that more and more businesses are limiting the purchase to 1 oz of Silver per customer. The paper market is now super suppressed as prices around the planet are already in triple digits.
