The blood of the women and children slaughtered in Gaza by Israel is on the hands of Americans.
The government exists because the American people allow it to exist.
That is, on some level, victim-blaming, but it’s also just true.

Listen: if you’re an American, and you’re not doing whatever is in your ability to defend Gaza, you’re going to have to answer for that when you die.
I’m not saying “ruin your life,” but do something.
Even if it is just dropping a comment in a conversation among conservatives who are supporting Israel.
Do something. Have it on the record on your life that you at least said something, to someone.
We are all responsible for this.
Israel pounded the Gaza Strip from north to south on Saturday in an expanded phase of its two-month-old war against Hamas, after the United States wielded its U.N. Security Council veto to shield its ally from a global demand for a ceasefire.
Thirteen of the Security Council’s 15 members voted for the resolution calling for an immediate humanitarian ceasefire that was blocked by Washington. Britain abstained.
