Multiple 18 wheelers are having their tires slashed in west Tennessee off I-40 and I can barely find anyone talking about it except a few local news channels.

long section of I-40 ans I-26 is closed; the way it looks in photo above will take months to fix it ; I-40 is the most used W-to E interstate,
