House BLAG deems J6 committee illegitimate; supports Steve Bannon with Supreme Court brief.

Sharing is Caring!

House Bipartisan Legal Advisory Group (BLAG) voted 3-2, confirming the offiicial legal position — J6 committee is illegitimate, and all subpoenas issued by the committee are illegitimate. BLAG has now directed the House Office of General Counsel to file an Amicus Brief in support of Steve Bannon with Supreme Court.

This conclusion comes after it was revealed that the committee allegedly deleted over 100 documents and testimonies, which has been described as an obstruction of justice by some members of Congress. House Republican Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik has been vocal about these findings, asserting that the committee’s actions were unconstitutional and obstructive to justice. Congressman Barry Loudermilk also released a report highlighting these issues and questioning the committee’s integrity and motives.
