(a) EVALUATION OF COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES18
AND EQUIPMENT TO COVERED LIST .—19
(1) IN GENERAL .—Not later than one year20
after the date of the enactment of this Act, an ap-21
propriate national security agency shall determine if22
any of the following communications or video surveil-23
lance equipment or services pose an unacceptable

the security and safety of United States persons:2
(A) Communications or video surveillance3
equipment produced by Shenzhen Da-Jiang In-4
novations Sciences and Technologies Company5
Limited (commonly known as ‘‘DJI Tech-6
nologies’’).7
(B) Communications or video surveillance8
equipment produced by Autel Robotics.
