A photograph was reportedly shown as evidence, depicting Citroen alongside a man claimed to be Hitler.
However, the CIA memo itself does not confirm the validity of these claims. It explicitly states that the information could not be verified and was forwarded as a matter of interest. This document has fueled conspiracy theories but remains unsubstantiated by concrete evidence.
