This week in federal court, a judge is hearing arguments in the so-called “Trump Train” trial.
The case stems from 2020, when video showed supporters of former President Donald Trump surrounding a Biden-Harris campaign bus on Interstate 35 in Harris County. Some Democrats sued those Trump supporters in civil court, saying they feared for their lives.
Bayliss Wagner, a state politics reporter with the Austin American-Statesman who has been following the trial, joined KVUE News to talk about the proceedings.
