Daycare centers need extra rooms in which children can explore their bodies alone or with each other.
Children between the ages of three and six are very interested in other children’s bodies, not only, but also in their genitals, some very much, some a little or not at all. Parents cannot influence that.
Is the day care center the right place?
Yes, because they meet other children there. The day-care center should be aware of these needs and adapt to them.
