The insurance companies, including Lloyd’s, already declared a defacto blockade yesterday, when they cut off insurance for any ships North of a line from the Romanian-Ukrainian Border to Crimea.
Ukraine is essentially a land-locked country now, it’s access to the Black Sea has been cut off.
