End of Mcdonalds Big Mac for $18 in some cities

The cost of eating at McDonald’s has skyrocketed in recent years. With BigMacs now costing as much as $18 in some cities like Darien, CT.

The result is that people with lower incomes have stopped going to McDonald’s, with their CEO reporting a drop in attendance from those making less than $45,000 per year.

Does this spell the end of McDonald’s? Well – if BigMac meals now cost north of $10, I’ll probably go to Chipotle instead.
