In 2016, as California’s Attorney General, Kamala Harris sent agents to raid the home of an undercover journalist who had exposed Planned Parenthood’s alleged involvement in selling fetal tissue. This journalist was David Daleiden, and he was the only journalist prosecuted under California’s video recording law in its 60-year history.
