Authorities say they’ve arrested a suspect in connection to the death of an infant last year at Rocking Horse Ranch in Savage.

On Sept. 22, an employee of the day care called 911 to report an infant who wasn’t breathing. The child, identified as Harvey Muklebust, was pronounced dead just days short of his first birthday.
