A U.S. court has dismissed two charges against Donald Trump in the case concerning the alleged attempt to interfere with the 2020 presidential election
The court ruled to exclude two of the 10 charges against former U.S. President and presidential candidate Donald Trump in the case related to the attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia, reports CNN.
According to the judge, state prosecutors did not have the authority to file charges related to the alleged submission of falsified documents.
