Hedge funds have purchased 44% of homes for sale in the last several years, which has driven prices wildly higher.

Congress is considering banning hedge funds from buying homes going forward.

When this demand is taken out and these funds begin to sell prices will coming crashing down creating a huge opportunity to those that are smart and can wait it out.
