Other rules subject to $1000 fine:

* No hot sauce packets if you don’t request them
* Pho restaurants have no penalty for hoisin sauce packets because they are “diverse” (Arby’s sauce is also ok for some reason)
* Coffee shop creamer and sweetener subject to fine
* Cup sleeves banned unless you ask
* No straws
* No utensils via Door Dash unless you specifically request each one

All the above is subject to a fine of $1000.
