Coinbase users still can’t withdraw money or buttcoin. I’m shocked

So, the question is; is there actually an exchange that isn’t full on sketchy for these poor butters? Price pumps up, no money or butter out. Price dumps, account unlocks and ‘heres your $5 bucks’ lol. Crazy
