CBS Teams Up With German Police for Raid Over a Meme

Imagine waking up at dawn to six armed officers storming your home—not for drugs, not for weapons, but for posting a meme. That’s exactly what happened in northwest Germany, and CBS was there, cameras rolling, treating it like some noble act of justice. This isn’t journalism. This is collaboration with tyranny.

The suspect’s crime? Sharing a so-called “racist” cartoon online. German authorities, operating under their draconian hate speech laws, seized his laptop and cellphone, claiming these devices were used to spread “hate.” Fifty homes were raided that day. Fifty people had their doors kicked in. For words.

Germany’s speech laws, originally designed to prevent another Nazi rise, have now veered into outright authoritarianism. They claim to fight extremism but use Nazi-style tactics to silence dissent. Meanwhile, CBS, rather than questioning this insanity, gleefully played along, presenting this as some noble pursuit of justice.

U.S. Vice President JD Vance has been vocal about these issues, warning that European elites pose a greater threat to free speech and democracy than external adversaries. In a recent speech at the Munich Security Conference, Vance stated, “The threat I worry the most about vis-à-vis Europe is not Russia, it’s not China… What I worry about is the threat from within, the retreat of Europe from some of its most fundamental values.”

When the government decides what speech is criminal, freedom is dead. America must never, ever follow this path.
