You can’t make it up. NewsGuard says it provides apolitical guidance on "misinformation.”
Yet one of its own Advisory Board members signed the infamous Oct 2020 former intel officials letter falsely suggesting that the Hunter Biden laptop story was Russian disinformation.

Ad agencies are a real problem though, they have way too much power over what content the creators are able to produce, this is ascepticising the discourse in video format because a creator cannot afford to be demonetized and therefore will only produce "brand safe" content
