Warren Buffett’s cash exposure is getting dangerously high. The last time the cash was that high was just before the great financial crisis and the 2007 2009 50% stock market crash. Of course, Buffett says we can’t time markets, but as he does, we can look at fundamentals and understand the risk and reward.
