The Parliamentary Sovereignty (Referendums) Bill is a private members bill introduced under the 10 Minute Rule.
Because there was no opposition to the bill, it has now had its first official reading and the second reading is scheduled for November 24th.
If the bill is passed, the UK Gov will not be able to reverse Brexit, sign the UK up to the WHO treaty, or take any other action which gives away sovereignty without first holding a referendum.
